小区禁止高空抛物通告

  各位业主/住户:

  近段时间,经常发现有从楼宇窗户或阳台上随意抛下很多废弃物品的现象。此种行为既影响了小区的整体卫生环境;又存在非常大的安全隐患;更严重滋拢了其它住户的正常生活;同时,也引起了当地村委会的高度重视。因此,管理处希望那些无意有此行为的住户,能够增强自身道德修养观念,并积极地去改掉类似不良生活小节。

  为了我们**花园能够拥有一个良好的人居环境,希望我们都能够真诚的携起手来,共创**花园美好明天。

  如果您随意抛下废弃物品造成小区行人受到伤害或者车辆受到损坏,管理处概不负责,一切后果均由您自行承担。

篇2:别墅区犬类驯养通告

  尊敬的**高尔夫别墅养犬户:

  近日小区内儿童再次遭犬袭!

  根据《上海市犬类管理办法》:即使持有《养犬许可证》,除领证、检疫、免疫接种和诊疗外,禁止携犬进入道路广场和其他公共场所以及不得扰乱周围邻居的正常生活。

  20**年3月1日起实施的《中华人民国和国治安处罚法》亦明确规定:饲养动物,干扰他人正常生活的,处警告;警告后不改正的,或者放任动物恐吓他人的,处二百元以上五百元以下罚款。驱使动物伤害他人的,处五日以上十日以下拘留,并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款;情节较轻的,处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。

  管理处也已多次提醒各位住户按相关规定饲养犬类和遛狗,可是犬类扰人、惊人、扑人、伤人事件屡屡发生,作为宠物主人确实应该真正履行管制好您的宠物,训练好您的爱犬,避免类似事件的发生。

  管理处本着为全体住户安全着想之基础,提醒各位尊敬的养犬户:如我们再次发现违规现象,特别是伤人、扑人等事件的发生,管理处将积极配合有关部门执法!同时为了最大限度的避免犬类扰民事件的发生,我们谨建议您将自己的爱犬送至专业的驯养机构进行训练,让您的爱犬接受良好的培训,更遵守您的口令,并降低扰民事故的发生。

  管理处在此谨推荐二家上海较知名的犬类驯养机构,供您选择(详见附件)。

  希望通过我们的共同努力,杜绝小区内犬类扰民事件的再次发生,确保小区全体住户的安全。

  Notice about Dog Management Training

  Dear owners and tenants:

  Children were attacked by dogs recently in our compound.

  According to Shanghai Management Methods for Dogs: "Even if people hold the 'Dog Keeping Certification', e*cept the certificate getting, illness checking and bacterin inoculation, the dogs are strictly prohibited to enter the roads, squares and other public areas as well as the dogs shall not disturb the normal life of the neighbors around!

  The has been on Mar. 1st, 20**, warn the person who breeds the animals always bother the others. Who still refused to correct or let-alone the animal will get away with penalty R.M.B. 200.00 to 500.00. Who push the animals hurt others will be under arrest between 5 and 10 days and penalty R.M.B. 200.00 TO 500.00. For the less severe one will be under arrest not more than five days of penalty R.M.B. 500.00

  The Management Office has already reminded each resident who keep the dogs for many times as well to feed dogs according to relevant rule and order, but dogs are often hurt person. As the owner, should control and train your dog, avoid similar affairs happened again and again.

  We just remind those residents who breed the dog, if we find dogs hurting and springing on person, we will cooperate the government department to deal with. Meanwhile, we just remind that you can send your dog to training organization to accept the relevant course.

  别墅小区进户电表箱例检服务通告

  尊敬的业主/住、租户:

  由于目前已经进入了夏季用电高峰时期,为保证您单元的正常用电,尽量避免发生由于供电局电表接线桩头松动而产生断电及烧坏您家用电器等事故,本处工程部于20**年7月10日起开始对小区各业户单元进户电表箱逐户例行检查服务(本次服务免费)。详情如下:

  此次服务主要是对电表箱清洁,接线桩头紧固,电压测试,整个服务过程大约30分钟,届时将暂停您户的正常供电。

  管理处前台将提前15分钟以电话形式通知您,请您在接到通知后能及时将室内电器全部关闭并切断电源,以确保您的电器安全。http://www.pmceo.com/服务工作完成后工程人员会现场通知您重新开启电器,并请您立即打开室内电器测试。在得到确认无误后,工程人员方可撤离现场。

  为确保小区安全和迎接政府一年一度"11月9日"消防宣传活动日的到来,为构建本小区的"和谐",加强物业履行公共消防安全防范的力度与业户们自我消防安全防范意识/行为的"合力",强化小区业户抗御火灾的防范/应变能力,本处今年将举行以"寓教于乐"形式进行"119"消防工作的演练和进行推广。故请您务必抽空前来观摩和指导!

  关于现由"鸿润"单位接替服务小区保洁的公告

  各位好!

  为进一步递升服务小区作业的水准与质量,为小区创造出更整洁的公共环境之宗旨,我们在经与小区业主委员会共同考核和认真议决后,就原合同到期后的小区保洁服务作业的委托,继续实施了以招投标形式再行比较与择选。在经过"招标"、"走访"、"评标"、"答辩"及"现场试样"等五个环节的认真测试及综合评估后,自20**年10月16日起已由"**设施管理服务(上海)有限公司"接聘并实施了本小区的现场保洁服务作业。(包括可接受小区各位业户们的有偿委托服务)。

  Notice about "Hong Run" company replace to provide service of cleaning

  Dear Owners and Tenant:

  To improve the cleaning service quality and enhance your living environment,the owners'committee has decide to use an open tendering procedure to find a new cleaning service company for the community.

  The open tendering procedure involved five steps of : 1) public tendering; 2)visiting the new company; 3)evaluating offered service; 4)questioning and answering; 5)on-site review.

  We are happy to inform you that a new cleaning company "OaiSi Hong Run Establishment Management Service Co.,LTD(SH)"has been selected and has started the service since Oct.16th,20**. Hong Run will also provide paid cleaning service upon individual owners'/tenants' request as previous set up with the management.

  We will conitinue to provide supervision and coordination with Hong Run to ensure that the all the owners' tenants' interests are properly served.
