中学英语实习报告

时光如水，岁月如梭，在教育岗位上实习了一个月时间，作为一名实习生，要不断的学习、不断的进步。想达到一名合格甚至优秀的实习生，是件不容易的事。但我相信努力与自信的结晶一定是成功的。在整个学习期间，我本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好每一件事情。怎样上好英语课，这是重点，也是一名作为英语教师应必须做好的第一步。

（一）教学经验的积累

作为实习教师，工作经验比较欠缺，除了探索教学外，我不断的向资历深厚的教师虚心请教。并以听课的形式到课堂上去学习好的教学方法与经验，来丰富自己的实际教学能力。学习优秀教师的教学教法，同时提出自己的观点与看法，来解开一些教学工作的迷团。不断更新自己的知识，养成学习习惯。不断吸取知识甘露。丰富自己知识营养，使自己的教学不断提高并走向成熟。虚心听取老师的意见，自我总结，找出不足。另外，虚心听取学生的意见，融入到学生。

（二）合格教师的必经之路

在指导教师及学生的建议下，我积极参与讨论、设计教案等等。使我在原有的基础上不断提高，教案详略得当、重难点突出、讲解清晰、教态自然。在讲解词汇和句子时，选择的例子有说服力，深受教师的好评。当然在刚开始讲课时，由于经验不足和临场应变能力不强，课上会出现一些诸如：“讲解重要不突出，讲课顺序不清”师生配合不够默契和板书条理不强等问题。针对出现这些问题时，指导教师要求我多听课。并面对面的指出我的不足之处。帮助我修改教案，纠正学生不正确的语言语调、节奏感，选择有说服力的例子，解释各种语言现象，以便达到更好的教学，当学生有疑难时，热心解答、帮助差生。

成绩与不足

将近四十天的教育教学和班级管理实习，我们全体实习生严格按照《**师范大学实习生管理条例》和教育实习大纲的要求，并严格执行陇西二中相关的教学制度，认真听取指导老师的建议，在三十多天的时间里，我们的教学方法有了明显的改进，教学经验有了明显的提高，也获得了很多从书本上无法学到的东西，迈出了走向工作岗位的第一步，从教学工作以及所取得的成绩，班主任工作纪律等各方面来说，这次教育实习是成功的，受到陇西二中全体师生的高度赞扬和评价。

这次教育实习给我们的收获很大。我们初步掌握了从事教育教学工作的基本技能，学会了对学生进行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深体会了做一名光荣的人民教师尤其是从事中学教育的一线教师的艰辛和不易，深感肩上的责任重大，对教师这一神圣的职业有了更深刻的理解和认识，体验到了教师的苦乐酸甜，为我们以后的教师之路打下了坚实的基础。

同时，我们仍从在一些问题和不足。如课前准备不足，教材内容的熟练程度不够，理解不够透彻，教学效果不是很理想；也存在专业知识功底不够扎实，教学技巧运用不够熟练等问题，需要进一步改进。

为期三周的教学实习结束了，时间虽短，教学内容不多，但是和学生面对面接触，从台下到台上，感受颇多。

首先感谢师兄弟姐妹的陪伴，让我顺利完成了实习，如果没有你们的帮助，我的课堂达不到这样好的效果。每当学生遇到问题，你们总是耐心的指导，不厌其烦地示范，整个课堂都看到你们忙碌的身影，我表示衷心的感谢。

其次感谢老师的指点，在每节课开始之前，老师总是千叮咛万嘱咐：准备好了么？有问题没有？当我还不清楚每节课要交什么内容的时候，老师的一句话常常让我茅塞顿开；在发现我对教学过程把握不好之后，老师亲身示范。

所教的课程是全校公开课“现代教育技术基础”中多媒体课件制作单元，我上课的时间是周二6点半到9点半，地点在网络机房，学生是英语、日语、俄语专业**级学生。他们有一定的计算机基础能力，对本门课程充满好奇心，并会制作简单的演示型课件，如何在有限的时间—3次上机6个学时—之内让他们多媒体课件制作技巧上一个台阶，是一个值得我们思考的问题。我们课堂没有教他们powerpoing软件基本操作，也没有教他们太多的技巧，而是以任务的形式：如完成一个下拉菜单、制作一个嫦娥绕月动画，把技能操作蕴含于任务中，兼培养学生课件设计能力。下拉菜单看起来是一个技术，其实蕴含于其中的技术成分并不多，学生稍微花一点时间就能学好，关键在于其中对课件各部分之间关系的理解以及对课件设计的创新，学生理念的变化—开发助教型课件向开发助学型课件转变。

第一次课，教学生的内容是下拉菜单的制作，由于课前准备不足，我只是大概讲了一下如何制作下拉菜单，并且只演示了前面几个步骤，剩下的步骤安排学生自己完成。当我到学生中间，看学生操作时，我发现他们基本不知道下一步该如何操作，老师也及时提出来：我应该带着学生把整个过程走一遍。这时我才知道，教的内容不是操作，带学生走一遍过程，是让学生经历设计的过程，在这个过程中增加课件设计能力，教学理论知识与课件制作的结合能力。

三次课后，要求学生提交一份与本专业相关的课件，作为上机作业。从学生提交的作业来看，很多同学课件停留在原来的水平，课件内容以图片文字为主、文字太小、图片太花，整版整版的内容、各知识点之间没有设定先后顺序，总之没有站在学生的角度设计课件，而是以自己的兴趣、爱好为主，完成作业了事。当教师要求将上机练习学到的内容结合进课件时，他们才考虑将下拉菜单作为导航工具，有的同学甚至认为这样还会浪费时间。

三周的教学实习结束了，收获了知识，提高了能力。但是缺陷也很明显，正如老师所说的：讲课太快，没有注意到学生的接受能力。其实这和自己的准备有关，课前缺乏对学生能力的认识和对整个教学活动所需达到的目标的认识，课中没有注意学生的反应。在以后的教学过程中，还需努力掌握教学过程的驾驭能力，做充分的准备，争取合理、适宜的速度教学，让大部分学生都能跟得上，听得懂。

三次课后，要求学生提交一份与本专业相关的课件，作为上机作业。从学生提交的作业来看，很多同学课件停留在原来的水平，课件内容以图片文字为主、文字太小、图片太花，整版整版的内容、各知识点之间没有设定先后顺序，总之没有站在学生的角度设计课件，而是以自己的兴趣、爱好为主，完成作业了事。当教师要求将上机练习学到的内容结合进课件时，他们才考虑将下拉菜单作为导航工具，有的同学甚至认为这样还会浪费时间。

三周的教学实习结束了，收获了知识，提高了能力。但是缺陷也很明显，正如老师所说的：讲课太快，没有注意到学生的接受能力。其实这和自己的准备有关，课前缺乏对学生能力的认识和对整个教学活动所需达到的目标的认识，课中没有注意学生的反应。在以后的教学过程中，还需努力掌握教学过程的驾驭能力，做充分的准备，争取合理、适宜的速度教学，让大部分学生都能跟得上，听得懂。

转眼间我一个学期的实习工作已经结束，这段时间里我们从学生一下变成了老师，曾经感觉非常不适应，可是经过一段时间的实习锻炼，使我完成了由学生到老师的角色转变。回想这一学期的实习工作还历历在目。

回想我刚到我的实习学校林口中学时，看着陌生的校园，操场，教学楼以及陌生的面孔，我既紧张又兴奋。一路走来，颇多留恋，诸多感慨。在实习期间，我既是学生，又是教师。作为学生，我虚心求教，不耻下问;作为人师，我兢兢业业，倍感骄傲。我付出了很多，同时收获了更多。

十年树木，百年树人。实习期间，我以做一名高素质的优秀体育教师为目标，全面严格要求自己，不断追求进步，不断完善自己，不断超越自己。一个学期的实

习，使我真正体会到做为一位老师的乐趣，同时，也使我的教学理论变成了现实，使虚拟教学变为真正的面对面的教学。回想这一学期的实习生活，每一秒都充满了

汗水和感动。当我漫步在实习校园里，那出自学生一声声的真诚问候掩盖这段日子遇到的所有委屈，最后剩下的只有数不清的欣喜。

我在实习期间正好赶上学校的广播体操，而我从未接触过这套体操，必须从头开始学习，为了尽快适应教学，准确的将这一套体操传授给学生，我经常在休息时间和学校的其他

体育老师一起讨论，研究体操视频，独自练习，虽然开始上课时比较仓促，但是我还是慢慢的适应过来了。来到学校经过短暂的观摩后我独自走上了讲台，虽然刚开

始心情特别紧张，由于经验不足和应变能力不强，课堂出现了示范动作不熟练，分解带操动作迟缓，口号不流利，底气不足，但我还是完完整整地把课上了下来。期

间我针对出现的问题进行我反思，不断的改进自己，同时也得到了学校其他老师的指点。他们无私的奉献和帮助，使我体会到了教师这个大家庭的温暖。

为了弥补自己的不足，我严格按照学校的要求，仔细地备课，写教案，积极向其他老师学习，认真把握好每次上课的机会，锻炼和培养自己的授课能力。为了在短

暂的实习期间充分锻炼自己，我们主动和学校的其他老师一起上课，带学生练操，虽然比较辛苦，但当看到学生们作出标准整齐的体操时，心理更多的是欣慰和自

豪。

转眼间，实习生活已经结束，这段短暂的实习生活使我的教学经验得到了一个质的飞跃，我学到了很多书本上学不到的知识。学永无止境。

在取得好成绩的同时，我时刻不忘超越自己，面对教育事业的满腔热情，将鼓舞着我不断前进。在这四个多月的体育教学实习中，我深深体会到，要当一名体育教师

并不难，但要出色上好每一堂课，完成每一项体育训练，培养出更多的体育优秀学生就需要付出更多的努力和汗水。教育实习让我更加坚定了献身教育事业的决心，
