　　近期个别地区出现了高致病性禽流感疫情，为保障园区居民的健康，有效预防病毒的侵袭，物业公司将于4月20日-4月23日对小区楼宇公共区域及儿童乐园区进行消毒工作，同时，请您在日常生活中注意做到以下几点：

　　1、儿童和家长勤用流动水洗手，尤其在饭前便后及外出回来后；

　　2、加强锻炼身体，注意休息，避免过度劳累；

　　3、尽量不要到人群密集处游玩，不接触禽类动物及禽类动物遗泄物；

　　4、不食用死亡原因不明的家禽，不接触病死家禽。

　　尊敬的**花园业主/住户：您好!

　　值此20**年新春佳节来临之际，谨代表物业公司全体员工祝您及您的家人新春愉快、合家欢乐！为了使您能度过一个愉快祥和的春节，现特别提示您在节日期间对以下事项给予关注：

　　1.为保证消防通道的通畅和公共区域的整洁美观，我司将在节日前夕按照消防安全管理相关规定，集中对各楼座公共区域进行卫生清理工作。如果您在单元外公共区域存放有物品，请于 １月31日以前完成清理工作。若超出上述时限，将视作废弃物品被处理。

　　2.为保证节假日期间如遇有特别情况时能够和您保持有效联络，您的联系电话及相关资讯若有变动，请及时告知我司。

　　3.您外出度假时请务必关闭户内的水、电器（除空调控制电源外）阀门（包括与自动洗衣机进水口软管相连接的水龙头阀门）/开关，锁闭好门窗。同时建议您将室内空调温度调至10-15度（低温供热运行）以保障室内水管线安全，避免因跑水或电路事故给您及邻里带来损失。

　　4.外出度假期间，如需将宠物留置在家，请您进行妥善安排，以免因疏忽造成意外伤害和损失。

　　5.因花草、树木较多且冬季气候干燥，为确保安全，本园区内禁止燃放烟花爆竹，同时出于安全考虑，请您不要在户内及车内存放烟花爆竹。

　　6.经与园区工程维保和其他各服务单位联系，特将其服务项目的节日值班安排告知您如下：

　　（1）空调维修：20**年2月6日-2月12日有值班人员，可报修；

　　（2）户门锁：20**年2月6日-2月12日有值班人员，可报修。

　　（3）铁通电信、海淀宽带、歌华有限不受理业务，可报修；

　　（4）燃气站不受理任何业务（紧急情况除外）；

　　（5）（窗户、阳台玻璃门）不受理任何业务，可报修。

　　7.节日期间，各项入室保洁服务将暂停提供。

　　8.因节日期间各银行的营业时间可能会有相应的调整，为确保您节日期间的用电和燃气的正常使用，我司建议您提前做好能源的购买和储备。2月1日前物业公司将发放留言条告知您户内最新电量使用情况。

　　1.To ensure the fire access open -and public areas clean, the cleanup work to above areas will be carried out before Spring Festival. You are kindly reminded to remove the stuff misplaced outdoors before Jan.18. Otherwise, they will be disposed as ab-andoned wastes.

　　由于近日气温骤变，风力及早晚温差较大，据北京市天气预报得知近期北京部分地区的风力瞬间可达8级左右，夜间最低气温可能达零下7℃。为尽可能的避免因天气变化带来的不良影响，物业公司在此特提示您注意以下事项：

　　1、在您外出时请注意检查和关闭好自家门窗。有开放式阳台/平台的业主，请将阳台/平台的物品收入房间或妥善处理，以避免大风引起意外情况的发生。

　　值此五一劳动节ZZ物业**服务中心全体员工恭祝您："五一●劳动节"快乐！阖家幸福！为保障广大住户渡过一个安全、快乐、祥和的"五一"，物业服务中心特别提醒您在节日期间注意以下事项：

　　一、外出注意事项

　　1、请提前办理有线电视、宽带、电话、户口迁移，避免假期间部分事业单位暂停办理相关业务，给您的正常生活带来不便。

　　2、外出前请关好门窗、煤气阀、水阀、分户电闸等，检查居家防盗系统是否处于正常布防状态。假期间若要长时间外出，请提前到服务中心登记，并提供您在大理市区的紧急联系人，以方便紧急状况下联系。
